Per­m­abond ET5162

PER­M­ABOND® ET5162 is a high-per­­for­­mance two-com­­po­­nent epo­xy adhe­si­ve, for­mu­la­ted to com­ply with both FDA 175.105 and EU food con­ta­ct regu­la­ti­ons 10/2011. It offers excel­lent per­for­mance on stain­less steel and has bet­ter high tem­pe­ra­tu­re resis­tance than stan­dard two-part epo­xies. The mate­ri­al is sup­plied in car­tridges for use with sta­tic mixing nozz­les, making app­li­ca­ti­on very easy. Bulk is avail­ab­le for use with auto­ma­ted dis­pen­sing sys­tems. The adhe­si­ve cures at room tem­pe­ra­tu­re, with a pot-life of around one hour, cure rate can be acce­le­ra­ted with the app­li­ca­ti­on of heat.
It can bond a wide varie­ty of mate­ri­als inclu­ding stain­less steel, alu­mi­ni­um, com­po­si­te mate­ri­als, cer­tain pla­s­tics and cer­a­mic surfaces.
As this pro­duct is com­pli­ant with food con­ta­ct regu­la­ti­ons, it can be used on cate­ring equip­ment such as:

  • Food and bevera­ge manu­fac­tu­ring equip­ment and machinery
  • Kit­chen fittings
  • Cof­fee machi­nes, drink, ice cream and smoot­hie dispensers
  • Sie­ves, strai­ners and filters
  • Uten­sils and white goods

Avail­ab­le in packs of 10 x 50ml car­tridges, 6 x 400ml car­tridges, 5kg and 20kg bulk packaging.
Shelf life 12 mon­ths 5-25°C.
