Per­ma­bond A 025 Anae­ro­bic Retainer

Per­ma­bond® A025 is an anae­ro­bic adhe­si­ve for­mu­la­ted to pro­vi­de per­ma­nent locking and seal­ing of metal parts such as bea­rings, gears, studs and other threa­ded com­pon­ents. It has been desi­gned for appli­ca­ti­ons whe­re joints have to with­stand tem­pe­ra­tures up to 200°C or whe­re the maxi­mum degree of che­mi­cal resis­tance is requi­red. The­se fea­tures allow machi­ning tole­ran­ces to be rela­xed and mecha­ni­cal locking devices to be eli­mi­na­ted, with con­se­quent cost savings.

Per­ma­bond A 1042 Anae­ro­bic threadlocker

Per­ma­bond® A1042 is a rapid curing adhe­si­ve desi­gned to lock and seal metal parts that sub­se­quent­ly may need to be dis­mant­led for main­ten­an­ce. The high vibra­ti­on resis­tance makes Per­ma­bond A1042 par­ti­cu­lar­ly sui­ted to repla­cing lock washers, split pins and other mecha­ni­cal locking devices. The well pro­ven che­mi­cal resis­tance of Per­ma­bond A1042 will redu­ce the effects of cor­ro­si­on and make it sui­ta­ble for seal­ing small hydrau­lic and pneu­ma­tic fittings.

Per­ma­bond A 1044 Anae­ro­bic threadlocker

Per­ma­bond® A1044 is a rapid curing sealant desi­gned to lock and seal metal pipe con­nec­tions, offe­ring very good resis­tance to even the most aggres­si­ve che­mi­cals. Per­ma­bond A1044 can be used to seal against most gases and liquids and can pro­vi­de an instant pres­su­re seal, mini­mi­sing down time and spee­ding up pro­duc­tion pro­ces­ses. Unli­ke PTFE tape or hemp, Per­ma­bond A1044 will not shred or dry out, so it will pro­vi­de a dura­ble seal, hel­ping to extend the life of the components.

Per­ma­bond® A131 is an anae­ro­bic adhe­si­ve desi­gned to seal threa­ded metal pipe con­nec­tions car­ry­ing a wide varie­ty of gases and liquids, inclu­ding pota­ble water. Sui­ta­ble for use on both par­al­lel and tape­red threads, the delay­ed cure allows accu­ra­te ali­gnment of com­pon­ents. Capa­ble of giving an instant pres­su­re seal and not dry­ing out like many mastics, re-work can effec­tively be eli­mi­na­ted.
