Designed for the locking and sealing of metal parts, Permabond® A130 is ideally suited for use on components that need to be dismantled for maintenance. Giving outstanding vibration resistance it can be used to replace a wide range of mechanical locking devices. Its excellent chemical resistance makes it suitable for sealing small hydraulic and pneumatic fittings and can dramatically reduce the effects of corrosion.

Permabond® A011 is an anaerobic adhesive designed for locking and sealing threaded or coaxially fitting metal parts where subsequent dismantling is required. Its controlled strength ensures fatigue, vibration and corrosion resistance on large or fragile components whilst still allowing assemblies to be stripped down using normal tools.

Permabond® A025 is an anaerobic adhesive formulated to provide permanent locking and sealing of metal parts such as bearings, gears, studs and other threaded components. It has been designed for applications where joints have to withstand temperatures up to 200°C or where the maximum degree of chemical resistance is required. These features allow machining tolerances to be relaxed and mechanical locking devices to be eliminated, with consequent cost savings.

Permabond® A1042 is a rapid curing adhesive designed to lock and seal metal parts that subsequently may need to be dismantled for maintenance. The high vibration resistance makes Permabond A1042 particularly suited to replacing lock washers, split pins and other mechanical locking devices. The well proven chemical resistance of Permabond A1042 will reduce the effects of corrosion and make it suitable for sealing small hydraulic and pneumatic fittings.

Permabond® A1044 is a rapid curing sealant designed to lock and seal metal pipe connections, offering very good resistance to even the most aggressive chemicals. Permabond A1044 can be used to seal against most gases and liquids and can provide an instant pressure seal, minimising down time and speeding up production processes. Unlike PTFE tape or hemp, Permabond A1044 will not shred or dry out, so it will provide a durable seal, helping to extend the life of the components.

Permabond® A1046 is a rapid curing adhesive designed to provide permanent locking and sealing of metal parts such as bearings, gears, pulleys and threaded components. It exhibits high strength and excellent durability, even under the most arduous conditions. Permabond A1046 helps joints resist vibration, fatigue and fretting corrosion, which allows machining tolerances to be relaxed and mechanical locking devices to be eliminated. Permabond A1046 will help reduce processing costs.
