PERMABOND® UV675 is a fast curing, high strength adhesive which cures on exposure to UV light. Its excellent optical clarity and resistance to yellowing make it ideal for bonding glass and crystal for a high quality finish. Its stability under ambient fluorescent lighting makes it suitable for use on glass bevels where some clean-up may be required after bonding.Viscosity 550 mPa.s

PERMABOND® UV 681 has been developed for use as a coating. It is ideal for coating electronics (such asconformal coating) to protect against environmental and vibrational damage. The optically clear / tack freeformulation also makes this product particularly suitable for coating smart card microchips amongst various other applications. Its low viscosity ensures an even, bubble-free coating and high temperature resistance allows it to resist wave-soldering.

PERMABOND® UV683 has been developed for use as a coating. It is ideal for coating and doming applications. The optically clear / tack free formulation also makes this product particularly suitable for coating smart card microchips amongst various other applications. Its viscosity makes it suitable for encapsulation ofelectronic components and its high temperature resistance allows it to resist wave-soldering.

PERMABOND® UV7141 is a UV-curable adhesive with a secondary anaerobic cure mechanism. This makes it ideal for bonding materials such as ceramic-coated glass, mirrors etc. where UV-light cannot penetrate to provide full cure in shadow areas. This dual cure mechanism helps speed up production rates. The UV cure tacks the components in place in seconds, reducing the need for jigging. The bulk of the adhesive then cures more slowly to produce optimum performance.Viscosity 1000 – 2000 mPa.s
